Office yoga

Yoga reduces stress and prevents back, neck and shoulder problems.

The yoga can be practiced in a larger room such as a canteen or meeting room, or at the office desk in an open landscape. The duration of office yoga is, for example, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, depending on what suits the company best. 

 

Yoga is a wonderful practice for stretching out, becoming more flexible, getting in touch with the body while working with the breath and movements that make us relaxed and calm. 

 

Most people who struggle with stress have heard that they should meditate and do relaxation exercises. Even so, many people think that it is easier to find peace when you make movements at the same time. Therefore, yoga can be a good place to start when you need to de-stress.

Some companies find it good to end the week with such a Friday stretch, others prefer to start the week in this way to sharpen focus and concentration, while other companies again prefer to include it in the middle of the week. What suits you best?
